I had my oldest brother Daniel and my aunt Tina over for dinner and I just wanted to share the smiles and yummies with a quick little post.

Combination for an absolutely mouth-watering salad: Garbanzo beans toasted and coated with wasabi tastiness and some toasted almonds! Wasabi avocado dressing! Mixed salad greens with some lightly sautéed broccoli and shredded carrots! Shake it all together! BAM! Perfecto!

I also made the Vegan Alfredo Yummies again! It was just too good NOT to share!  

Happy Faces!!! *Compliment of the night: Daniel says with a ton of enthusiasm: “Wow! This Alfredo is so really AMAZING! AWESOME!!” Yay! Score one for Me!
