Easy Recipes for Eating Healthy (& Yummy!)

Hello! I’m sitting in my house, flipping through my camera and I’ve come to realize I have a few pics of easy yummy meals I’ve been doing on the fly, but have yet to post about…! SO, I figured I might as well post them all at once! They are so simple, and quite tasty! My favorites lately, actually. These all came from my notes: Most of which are from the Detox for Women book I read last.. Check it out! I love taking notes! Brings me back to my college years!

Thought you might be interested in my daily schedule and my weekly(ish) grocery list. These are both as of lately.. I’m in the middle of a detox, but the list pretty much sums up how I’d normally shop anyway. The only difference is I’m limiting my fruit intake to low sugar fruits, so I’d normally have a bit more variety there. But everything else is right on. I forgot sweet potatoes though! I love me some sweet potatoes! Winking smile

So, 1st recipe up is called Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl from Natalia Rose’s Detox for Women book. This recipe is SO DELICIOUS!!! It makes an entire blender full and I pretty much eat until I can’t fit anymore in my tummy! Its SO GOOD!! And I don’t feel guilty one bit, because its healthy!! Full of enzymes!!! AND Natalia says that you can eat all you want and it’ll even help with weight loss! Hmm… Sounds great to me!

Here’s what you need:

-32oz fresh carrot juice
-1 cup (hefty!) chopped raw sweet potato
-1/2 avocado
-1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-5 drops stevia

Dish number 2!!! …this is really just a simple throw together, not even a recipe.. just an idea to share. For dinner, I’ll throw together Soba noodles (healthiest choice as it doesn’t spike your blood sugar as much as regular noodles AND its gluten free!!) and organic marinara sauce. I’ll usually toss in mushrooms, onions, and garlic (or whatever’s in my fridge) and its always yummy. That third picture is me showing you that you only have to boil soba noodles for 3 minutes!!

Meal Done!! WooHoo!

Check it out, I always share my goods with my pup, as long as its real food (as in fruits, veggies, and not fried or typical American food!). I can honestly say I‘m pretty sure she eats better than the mass majority of most Americans! Crazy, huh? She loves every moment when mommy cooks! Dish number 3 is tasty tasty!! And another of my favs! French style string beans! All you need is:

-1 bag frozen organic French style string beans
-2 large cloves garlic
-1/2 medium onion
-mushrooms (I don’t always have these but when I do, they go in the dish! Yum!)
-organic butter (or butter substitute)
-Spike seasoning and sea salt

You start by heating up a pat of butter, tossing in the onions and garlic to sauté for about a minute or 2. Add in the entire bag of string beans. Cook a bit until beans are thawed. About 5-7 minutes. Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook until beans are tender and mushrooms are soft. Season with sea salt and Spike! Easy Easy and Yummy Yummy!! DROOL! I just ate an entire pan of this for dinner! So good!

Well, that’s it, my dear sweet friends! I hope this helps you see how easy it can be to throw together tasty, healthy dishes. Wish I could have you all over to taste and try!!
You’d Love! And I’d Love! <3

Hugs and Happy Bubbles!
