Me and Baby Buttons

Hello Hello! My name is Rachel and I’m here to say hello! And hopefully to share some sunshine and giggles! The idea behind this blog is to share with all the people I love, all of the wonderful things I am loving about my everyday happenings!!! There are so many things that put a smile on my face and help me enjoy the day-to-day that I thought it would be fun to share!!! I love and thrive off of the sunshine, and enjoy everything from clouds and clovers (hence the blog name!), to birdies and worms, books and  bikes, and even barfs and boogers! Those B-words are funny (barfs, boogers, burping! hehe, yeah, real mature, right!? Lol! just no sharing, please… ew. lol!)!

I wish it  were easy to just let go of the little things that bring us down in the daily grind, but its not always that simple. It’s not difficult to find the beauty in life when we  fill our hearts with love and light BUT it seems to be a learned quality. Like lets take rainy days… this is an easy one that I’m sure everyone can relate to. You either love them or hate them. I always LOVE rainy days!! It’s so easy to think about the crappy parts of rainy days, like the mud and darkness and cold, brrrrrr!! But I usually think about the puddles to splash, and the thunder and rain drops that relax me,  how grateful i feel thinking about how the rain helps all of your most delicious and nutritious foods and vegetation grow! Yay! Go Nature!

For me it took a little while to get my brain to naturally think positively about potentially negative situations, but with practice it becomes second nature. Life can be so completely wonderful, bright, and full of happiness if only we can figure out how open our hearts. Think Positive! I hope this blog space will help bring bits of positivity and glow into others lives. I hope to help myself and others release the distractions of our every day stresses and funkiness, and help give reasons to smile and enjoy life! AND SMILES ARE TOTALLY CONTAGIOUS!!! SO SPREAD IT!!! Hehehehehehe!
